We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen, bathroom and ensuite that Helen designed and can’t thank her enough. Her ability to understand and follow through with our design brief was exceptional and her attention to detail second to none. During our meetings Helen was and excellent listener, she was very patient and we never felt rushed to make decisions. We were supplied with clear and concise plans that our builder and cabinet maker were very happy with. It is now three years since Helen designed my kitchen in Avalon & it still feels like a new kitchen. I love the design and find it a really functional area. During the design phase, Helen was wonderful to work with, gave great advice & was able to recommend good contacts. I wanted to incorporate some vintage pieces of furniture, which I had bought a number of years ago, into the design. Helen was not only happy to do this, but also had some great ideas as to how they could be incorporated into the kitchen. I enjoyed working with Helen & was so happy with the design that I asked her to also design my bathroom and European laundry.

Helen has a wonderful flair for creating a space that is both functional and looks fantastic. She is very practical in her approach to including ample storage and adequate bench space and is great at creating solutions for a space that add a sense of light and spaciousness. Her drawing skill with drafting plans is of the highest standard and very useful for clients wanting to use these plans to then obtain quotes from. Helen is a helpful and skillful designer, a pleasure to work with.

Helen added a new level of design and professionalism to our renovation project. Helen took our initial design for remodeling the rear of our house and significantly improved on it. The design incorporated removing internal walls to enlarge the kitchen and family areas, a new laundry, main bathroom and toilet as well as a redesigned deck. The deck is accessed through bi-folds from the new family area and features a gas fireplace and shutters for screening. Helen has a great eye for detail and came up with numerous ideas to maximise the use of space and to incorporate useful features. We are very happy with the kitchen design that Helen devised. it has proved to be very practical and we are cooking much more often now. The laundry was a challenge due to space restrictions but Helen solved all of these and it works well. The new main bathroom was also challenging due space restrictions but Helen's ability to incorporate everything we wanted through great attention to detail has made it a great success. The new enlarged kitchen/family area with bi-fold doors leading onto the new deck has significantly improved the functionally and usefulness of this area and has proven to be great for parties and family gatherings. A true inside/outside design. Most importantly Helen worked very well with the builders and us, it was a collaborative and professional relationship on all sides to the benefit of the project and the final result. Helen provided very detailed and accurate drawings including 3D imaging which greatly assisted both us and the builders in conceptualizing and then implementing the design. The builders also expressed their delight at having such high quality drawings to work from. The project was much more than just a new kitchen or bathroom and Helen did a great job in designing the whole project.

Helen worked tirelessly to work out the best layout for my small apartment's bathroom/ laundry space. Faced with a number of design challenges, Helen was able to provide me with detailed drawings and 3D visuals which really helped with the decision making process. She also provided me with a great selection of products, that suited my aesthetic. I now have a beautiful, contemporary bathroom that i love.
