Avi and the team from GPI Builders Concord did a fantastic job with adding two rooms to our house. While some of the other contractors told us it may take 5 or 6 months, Avi and team were able to finish the job in 2.5 months. Avi in particular was extremely good with keeping us constantly updated on progress, was super responsive and was great at managing his team. His team has a high level of expertise which helped us completing the job and passed all county inspections. They were also very reasonably priced. Would surely recommend Avi and his team!! Had the pleasure to work with both Ben and Omer on our home addition. From beginning to end communication was great. Throughout this 8 month project, any concerns and questions were addressed quickly. They had some great recommendations for different vendors that we ended up using. An added plus was their in-house design service (included in the price estimate) which we took advantage of and were very happy with. We had a few hiccups along the way, which was expected with a project this size, but most importantly all were addressed and taken care of. Overall we were very happy with the end result.

Just had my 40+ Year deck replaced by GPI Builders. In hopes of saving some Redwood Trees, I chose to go with Timbertech. Also liked the idea of low maintenance. Shahar Meir was the project manager. He is very personable and easy to work with. Tear out and framing went well. End of day clean up was always good. Due to delay of materials, from Timbertech, work progress was delayed for several days. Once materials were delivered, all was finished up. A couple of glitches with downspout and vent screens, but all resolved. Love the deck!

I highly recommend this company! They are very knowledgeable, answered all my questions quickly, very responsive. They will explain everything to you in terms that you will completely understand. The crew was respectful and trustworthy. We are very excited with our new kitchen!

GPI Builder's project manager on this project (Jonathan) was highly professional and knowledgeable with the added ingredient that he is a good listener and clearly had his crew's confidence. His crew knew exactly what they needed to do and went about their business in a professional manner. From start to finish, they left me with no complaints. The finished products (deck replacement and a section of redwood fence) are beautiful as was promised. The substantial debris cleanup was efficiently accomplished, as well. I hired GPI Builders to reminder my kitchen. My wife did most of the design but they helped a ton. They were punctual and attentive and paid attention to detail. The kitchen was completed in just over 7 weeks on time and on budget. I highly recommend GPI for all of your kitchen remodeling needs.

Professional kitchen design experience from a group of contractors that cared about the finished product and embodied the essence of the design we were looking for. Because of their willingness to be patient and detail oriented, the finished product of my kitchen looks stunning.

They performed a kitchen and master suite remodel for me in the month of August. Now that the home improvements are completely finished, I can fully evaluate the work they've done. It's very impressive, quality workmanship. The only other work I've been this happy with was my roof. So this was a very successful project and I look forward to getting my bathroom done with them in about another year or so. Essentially, this company can be trusted to give a competitive price and to fully map out the best design concepts for what's being paid.

2 months ago me and my wife were thinking to update our kitchen, And my friend recommended the company he had used to remodel his house, green power remodeling. They did a great job with our kitchen! Kim helped design our place, brought us to the show room. She has great ideas and excellent taste and was very helpful and attentive. The whole process was smooth and made me feel comfortable because their team was very communicative. Michael was our project manager whom was also great!

so i had pool the problem its was i would not use the pool never and even the pool was empty of water , its make my backyard very ugly and i cant use my backyard so i decide to close it and to build patio with pergola with hot tub for me and big grass area for the dogs and the kids i get to through the intranet after i got 3 different bids form 3 companys i diced to go with green power remodeling beclouds the look for me the most professional for this job . i was right and so glad i choose green power remodeling the job is perfect everything was on time , make all promises and deliver the job ! before we start the job we had design something that help a lot ! through the job everyting get my approve and i was big part in the process and i really love the communication !! highly recommend !!

Well, what can I say, my wife and I moved to Oakland few months ago, and our new home needed some renovations both inside and outside the house I wanted to by myself but a friend from work suggested i should bring a professional to do the work, and I found Green Power Remodeling here in yelp, to be honest they were not the first one I've called, but, after that one conversation we had on the phone I got from them such a confidence that they are really professionals and more than that, they do it with real LOVE towards the job And me, i just said ok let's do it! So after the first appointment the guy came to our home and saw the rooms the master bathroom and bedroom, and the backyard, and he showed me on his computer what are the possibilities for us, after my wife said ok, he called me few days after and told me the price, which I must say it was a VERY FAIR PRICE compare to the work that needed to be done. During the whole time of the job they did they kept me updated and asked me everything for my opinion do that in the end me, the customer will see the result and I will not be disappointed, this is the EXTRA that they give, that human touch towards the home owners and not just the home. After almost a month plus few weeks, they have finished the job and when we saw the result, I was shocked from how much better it looked than the photos! In conclusion, a master bedroom + bathroom, guest room, kitchen, and backyard in a very fair price! Team of angels, and professionalism that you'll see in luxury homes! We did our master bathroom with gpi builders , we just buy our new house in Sartoga ca , our master bathroom was to small and not so nice, We found out about gpi from friends that was very happy with this company so we invited them for estimate, Ben the project manager come for the meeting he give as some ideas and some options for design, he suggest to take out The closet in the hallway and to add it to the bathroom, it's was amazing idea!! We decided to move forward with gpi the did everything for us , permit and the plan and was very clear about the scoop of work, no surprise!! The remodeling take 4 weeks ( like Ben say ) And our bathroom look so beautiful, we really have now mustaer suit bedroom! Highly recommend!!!
