Beautiful Furniture, unfortunately their customer care is sub-par. No interest in providing solutions when things go wrong, and zero communication about delays in shipping and items out of stock that are not stated in website.

I purchased a Kinsgley-Bate patio dining set (It is exquisite!). The staff was pleasantly helpful and knowledgeable. They called the manufacturer twice for particular questions for which they did not have the information, and called me back in a timely manner. Also, their prices are very competitive.

Ordered the Gavino Hammered Metal Framed Mirror. It arrived faster than expected and packaging was professional. Great price for such a nice mirror. So happy with my first experience with Garden Cottage. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

By phone I ordered a high top table, four chairs with cushions and an umbrella to match previously bought furniture from Garden Cottage for my daughter and her husband for their poolside patio. The sale's person took a great deal of time to help me choose the appropriate items and to ensure that the fabrics would match the existing fabrics. The sale's person also helped me find the perfect color for the umbrella to complement the fabric on the chair cushions. I chose to have Garden Cottage accept delivery so they would be checking all of the items before delivery. All arrived in a timely manner and all arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely use this company again.

While I didn't have Garden Cottage do any work for me, I did make inquiries to them to get specific dimensions on one of their bathroom projects - that was pictured in Houzz. I got an immediate response to my inquiry, along with the dimensions I needed. That information made it possible for me to go forward with my bathroom project knowing that the dimensions I had would work.

I was looking for an outdoor dining set that didn't require much maintenance but that looked nice and polished. There was an ample selection and the person that helped me choose seemed very knowledgeable on all the types of furniture. I ended up choosing a teak set that wasn't in stock; however, the delivery time seemed reasonable (4 weeks) so I went for it. I received a call from their customer service letting me know my furniture was at the store and wanting to schedule a delivery date. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice! My furniture was as expected, the delivery guys were very accomodating and put the furniture where I asked them to (all the way in the back!). Will buy from them again!

Purchased complete outdoor furniture set. Service was wonderful. Staff knows the product incredibly well and very helpful in selecting the pieces that fit our space. Delivery and setup was easy and painless. A truly enjoyable experience.

I have purchased indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as many other novelty items from this store, and always have been pleased with the quality and level of customer service. We love our outdoor patio set and constantly get compliments on how comfortable it is. The furniture is an eclectic mix as recommended by the sales staff, which helps create more of a living space outside. The inventory at this store is always changing so I know I can stop by and find something unique.

The Garden Cottage is by far the best place to buy outdoor furniture. They help you plan what will fit your space perfectly... and in addition they have home furnishings....I left that store wanting everything! The people that work there are so friendly. It is a wonderful place to go and it certainly has you going back!!
