Dragonfly Design and Build is a landscape construction company. We start by drafting a custom 3D design for our clients. After a design is approved we follow up with building our clients a beautiful and unique space that is constructed using the highest quality products and building standards.

Was hired to rebuild our pond and waterfall several years ago. Has not responded to repeated emails/phone messages regarding a significant water loss in pond observed this year to check out. I assumed he would have honored his work by responding back to us or at least stopping by to isolate the source of the water loss.

Michael - I'm sorry we have not been able to get to your home to get you a free estimate. We have had more inquiries in the past month than we have been able to keep up with for work.
I believe six years ago we re-built and fixed a poorly constructed waterfall and pond built by another contractor and you were very happy with the work that we did. Since then I'm not sure if you or other contractors have moved or worked on any of the waterfall but this could be the source of the problem if rocks were moved or displaced. It is also possible there may have been movement or settling in the past six years that has contributed to your water loss.
I'm sorry that this issue caused you to write this review but I would kindly ask you to contact Houzz to remove it as the information is misleading and that date you have put of 2015 is blatantly false as this work happened in 2012.

We could not be happier with our new patio area by Dragonlfy Ponds and Patios! Since we didn't know exactly what we wanted, Tim designed and presented us with some layout options that would work well with our backyard. He helped us make the best choices possible for a relaxing country setting. The crew was fantastic. They were neat, efficient, professional and courteous at all times. The quality of work is superior. I would highly recommend this company!

Dragonfly Ponds and Patios was the BEST!. Tim was amazing to work with. I told him what my budget was and he helped me figure out a plan that worked for us. The crew that works for Dragonfly are very professional and complete work on schedule. My backyard look amazing! I would refer them to my friends and family any day of the week!

We recently hired Dragonfly Ponds & Patios LLC to install a walkway and patio in our front yard. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project. Tim was quick to respond to our email requesting an estimate and provided a beautiful 3-D design and estimate in a timely manner. The work was started and completed in the timeframe discussed after we accepted the proposal. His team was polite and professional and left the work area clean. We have received many compliments on the work from our neighbors as this project greatly improved our overall curb appeal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for hardscaping/landscaping services.

Dragonfly understood our vision right away and put it in a 3D design. It was exactly what we envisioned and the end result transformed our home. From the first meeting until the last day of work, Tim was very responsive and professional throughout the project. His crew worked hard and were respectful. They provided their opinions when I asked them and were a pleasure to have around. They exceeded our expectations on price, quality, and time. We are already planning to use them again and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Dragonfly came in and removed an old patio near our pool. They then constructed a new, larger patio. The thing we really liked about Tim and Dragonfly was the ideas they brought to the project. They came up with great suggestions that improved upon what we wanted to do and gave us a much better, more practical and aesthetically pleasing final product. We also threw some curveballs at them and they proved to be excellent problem solvers. All of the crew were complete professionals, easy to talk to and easy to work with. They were respectful of my neighbors and left the site clean. They really paid attention to detail, which I appreciated. I give these guys my highest recommendation.

My partner and I recently worked with Tim and his team on some trees we wanted planted in our backyard to give us the needed privacy we were looking for. Initially, my partner and I had our minds set on what we had wanted but after we met with Tim we soon realized we would have made the wrong decision. The trees that were suggested were promptly installed and the finished product looks terrific. Many thanks to Tim and his thoughtful approach - we couldn't have done it with out you!

Tim and his staff recently installed a stone pathway and large patio. We were very pleased with his work. The guys were extremely hard working, professional, and courteous. Even on the hottest days of summer, they worked diligently, making sure we were always happy! Tim is a great person to work with!

We hired Dragonfly to design and build an outdoor living space to include walkways, a patio, waterfall and grass area. Tim's design was perfect for the area, and we are very pleased with the finished product. Tim and his crew worked very hard, kept the project on track and within budget. It was a pleasure doing business with Tim and his crew, and we plan to have them back next spring for front yard work. We highly Dragonfly Ponds and Patios.

Dragonfly installed landscaping around an in ground pool, a firepit with sitting area and landscape lighting. The project was complex but was performed perfectly. Our experience was absolutely enjoyable and would couldn't ask for a more positive undertaking. The whole team was courteous and extremely hard working. Trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable are only a few qualities that describe Tim.

I follow these guys on Instagram. You should look them up there and see the work they do. They are truly amazing. I hired them myself to install landscape lighting around my offices. They were prompt, professional, and fair priced. The lights they installed were of high quality. I have plans to hire them again in the future- in fact, I would not hire anyone else. Commented: StepsThe stone for these steps is Pennsylvania Bluestone. The stone itself is about $100-$200/ step. The labor will vary greatly depending on site conditions.
