Diaz Hardwood Floors

We hired Miguel based on a recommendation from a neighbor and we are so happy we did! We met him here at the house to discuss refinishing our engendered hardwood floor. After 17 years of kids and dogs it needed help. We had him refinish our light maple flooring that included the family room, kitchen and entry way and asked that it happen while we were away on a trip. He and his team arrived on time and worked with a neighbor to exchange keys. Upon our return we opened the door and our jaws dropped. The floor looks BRAND NEW! In addition to refinishing, he added 3 layers of a protective top coat, replaced all the trim pieces, transition pieces between the floor and carpet, and even replaced a small area in the half bath that had significant water damage. There was no signs of construction ( no dust, no damage) it was just like the floor fairies came and went leaving a brand new looking floor! Miguel even called the day after we returned to explain floor care and how to move the fridge back across the wood floor. I would absolutely recommend Miguel and his team to anyone needing flooring replacement or refinishing!
