This seller is awesome! Love the things she sells, but also love how dependable and helpful she is. She is very prompt in responding to messages if you have questions.

I ordered a black-and-white photograph of a nautilus from D. Tate that is very beautiful and fits perfectly with the new interior design of my house. I like the way that photograph was framed and how well it was packaged. And I have to give D. Tate credit for trying to make sure the artwork reached its destination. I wish FedEx Home Delivery had done as good a job. The artwork was shipped through FedEx, but I was not aware that it would be relegated to the US postal service. So the only part of my experience that was negative was dealing with scheduling to pick up the parcel from the post office because the mail carrier could not fit it in their car. To me, this is not something that should reflect on the dedication and professionalism of D. Tate Interiors, because the USPS fell short on delivering, not D. Tate. Again, I appreciate the diligence of D. Tate for making an excellent piece of artwork. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

D. Tate Interiors is absolutely the nicest experience I've had "in ages!" There was no item too difficult or small that did not merit their prompt attention. A rare find and I recommend their service highly!! franki7
