We hired I.P.S. NW Inc. to remodel our kitchen because of water damage. They made working with our insurance company easy. The work they did was far beyond our expectations. Dan and Yvonne were extremely helpful and patient with us as we decided on colors and materials from their showroom, which has many options to choose from. And we loved their little assistant, Buddy, who greeted us in their store. We highly recommend this company for your home remodeling needs.

IPS NW remodeled by master bath. They were very helpful in picking out the materials so that they were different but coordinated perfectly. Ips 's supervision of the overall project made my life stress free during the whole project, answering all my questions with calm and knowledge. Being a local smaller owner operated business means alot to me You receive personal attention and IPS NW cares. I am planning my next project and IPS NW will definnatily be who I use.

We started using IPS, Dan and Yvonne 7 years ago. We are do it yourselfers normally but wanted to try hiring someone, to see if they could do as good a job as us in 1/2 the time. We hired them first for a full kitchen remodel, and then on to our bathrooms. We were so happy with the quality of their work and love the communication we have with them. A year ago we started to build our dream home 3 1/2 hours from our home in Auburn. I wanted to use them since I knew the quality of their work and Yvonne and I really communicated well, we hired them, and I was excited. Yvonne spend many hours free of charge helping me design the kitchen of my dreams, and the bathrooms that I only dreamt about. It has been a positive experience working with them, when any problems came up they were there with the solution. I have recommended many friends and neighbors to them and will keep referring them. My retirement home is so beautiful with a kitchen that is amazing! They made building a new home a positive experience.

I had been considering remodeling my kitchen and family room for several years, but the project seemed completely overwhelming and I had no idea how to proceed. I happened to drive past IPS NW Inc. and decided to stop in just to get some ideas. I was greeted by the owners, Yvonne and Dan, and I felt comfortable with them immediately. Walking around their store, I was impressed with the large selection of cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, and back-splash materials, and was very pleased to find so much variety available at one place. As I talked with the owners about my potential project, I found them knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. They answered any questions I had and offered helpful advice regarding different options and finishes. After several visits to the store and much consideration, I chose a beautiful style of cabinetry with soft-close doors & drawers. The lower cabinets contain pullouts, which increased the functionality of my kitchen drastically. I doubled my storage space by incorporating additional cabinets on the back side of my island. Doing so necessitated IPS build a custom cabinet, which turned out beautifully. I chose a granite counter top and a glass tile back-splash. For the flooring I selected deep brown porcelain tile (mimicking hardwood), which is heated and runs throughout the kitchen, family room, entry, and hallway. A remodeling project can be stressful. However, when working with knowledgeable professionals who guide you through the process step by step, it’s much more manageable. Dan and Yvonne assisted me with scheduling, so decisions were made and items were ordered in a timely manner, making them available as needed for the project. All of this enabled things to flow smoothly. They were flexible to work around some of my own scheduling issues as well. Great attention was paid to the details, leaving me extremely happy with the final result. Besides doing an excellent job, Yvonne and Dan were fun to work with. I enjoyed the whole process and felt comfortable that my venture was in good hands. I was so pleased with the job they did, that I didn’t hesitate to contact them a second time to replace the carpet in my master bedroom and solve an organization issue in a hall closet. Again, I was very happy with the outcome. When I’m ready to remodel the master bath, I will definitely call them with complete confidence that I will be just as thrilled with those results.
