I can't believe I gave them one star. More than they deserve. My tile work is sloppy, flooring, sloppy, walls crooked and ceiling is a joke. This is the worst construction work I have ever seen and everyone that comes to my house can't believe they could have even walked away without being embarrassed. Horrible workmanship and if they show up, good luck. I went days and days with no one coming to work and not a phone call. This company is a disaster. See if you can find the upside tile in my shower from the picture below. Just ridiculous.

We recently worked with CV Tile on one of our client's projects for the first time and had a great experience. Samantha is not only helpful and thorough, she is also very friendly and made our client feel comfortable. Not only does CV Tile offer a great selection in tile, they also have their own slab yard. It's nice to know we can bring our clients here to select their slabs so close by. We will definitely work with CV Tile again on future projects.

Michelle at CV Tile worked with us to design our new master bathroom tile scheme. She took my choice of floor tile and created the basic tile design using coordinating wall and accent tiles. The result is very striking. Michelle was very patient with us during the design and selection process. My only issue is that I ended up with a lot of extra tiles due to delays in installation. CV Tile's return policy prevented me from returning the extras for credit.

Excellent experience. CV Tile gets an "A" in customer service! I could spend hours in their beautifully designed showroom. Exceptional selection of products but staff assisted in making the right choices for my taste.

The sales staff is friendly and Juan in service is very helpful. They have a large selection of tiles and also offer cabinets. They moved to a new location recently and it is much nicer than the old location.

Commented: Grout color advice,please!!!Laticrete you can use either Smoke Grey or Silver Shadow. I think the smoke grey would go well it isn't to dark and should blend in nicely.
