We bought a home in 2003,as a second owner, that was built by this builder. It was a high quality, beautiful home. We sold the home in 2006, moving into a home in a large neighborhood to accommodate our children. We inherited a lake cabin, and decided to build a permanent home on the lot, planning to move to that location in 2017. The only builder we would consider was Cre8iv Works Inc. He is a high quality, very professional builder. He has many great ideas and does not cut corners, but will also try to stay close to the budget. He is pleasant to work with and has lived in our community for many years. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to Cre8iv Works Inc.
