Legacy Homes renovated our c. 1900 house from top to bottom. Jon Novalis is a true craftsman. We were very impressed with his vision for the home and even more so with the end result. Our home is not only expertly updated but retains the vintage charm and appeal that most new homes lack. Jon truly cares about aesthetics of a home and has the intuition and skill of a high quality builder. In addition, everyone who worked for Legacy Home Builders was very hard working and reliable. They paid close attention to deadlines, were easy to work with and treated the property as if it were their own.
