Robert brought my dream to life. He is easy going and and doesn’t shy away from anything I throw at him. His subs were professional and friendly and they made sure everything was how I expected it to be. I love our finished pavilion!

The company did a good job with the patio, however did not remove the remaining materials to do the job - which was promised 3 times. This cost my time and money to remove these materials. They company does not seem to care about customer satisfaction or their reputation once they've been paid.

I work for Charlotte Landscape and Patio as an independent contractor and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Robert is extremely skilled in his craft and is fair to his contractors. I value the skills I have gained with the company and would recommend them as a great company to work with.

We had a great experience with Charlotte Landscape & Patio! Robert and his crew helped us deal with an extremely wet and muddy area of our yard, by redesigning the drainage and updating the dry-beds with river rock. The crew was on time, courteous, diligent, and did everything we asked. They even went above and beyond, and added some extra drainage channels as well! And after the project was done, they fully cleaned the area, power washed the driveway, and even re-seeded the lawn areas they had to drive the equipment on…. I also have to mention that we found Robert’s quote extremely affordable. We do have other areas in our yard that we may alter in the future, and Robert and his crew will be our first call! We basically had no backyard. Just a drop off after our house and a steep embankment we couldn't get down to a creek. It was unusable space. We had called other companies that simply were not up to the task of doing anything to the yard, and we felt we weren't requesting much. When Mike from Charlotte Landscape and Patio came, he suggested bringing in dirt and creating a retaining wall so we would actually have a back yard. Our yard is so much more beautiful than we had ever hoped for. I am so glad we found Charlotte Landscape and Patio. Without them, I know we would never have even half as good a back yard. They also built steps to our creek. The area is transformed and beautiful. Mike and Robert were so good to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and suggest to give them a call right away!

I had a HUGE project that needed to be done. It was building three retaining walls and an overhaul of my steep driveway. I had 2 estimates come in and I was incredibly overwhelmed with what it was going to take to start/finish. Robert and his team came in and gave my family all the assurance needed that it could be done and look beautiful. Robert's bid was also the cheapest by 15% compared to the other companies. The project took a couple of months to do and it was without a doubt the best decision I made. The care and detail that went into the design and execution would be tough to beat. Robert took great care with plant selection, light design, and proper drainage to protect my investment. My neighbors and friends can't get over the transformation of the front of my home. I would recommend this company anytime.

Buyer Beware!!! Robert is NOT a man of his word. Robert gave me a quote, we scheduled the work after signing a contract. Robert did not communicate with me, I always had to call him. Disappointed, and after several postponements I decided to wait until after the winter. When I called to reschedule for the spring, he told me he did not have time for my $14,000 project and if he were to do it it would be "significantly higher". I would trust a man who is not true to his word. Very unprofessional. I would not give my money to a man who can not be trusted.

Charlotte Landscape and Patio tiled my back deck in just 2 days without sacrificing quality of work. The deck looks excellent and they even disconnected and moved my hot tub for me.

We worked with Robert on our backyard landscaping. We had a pool put in. We were concerned about timing the landscaping just right so we did not have mud surrounding the pool after it was done. Robert was so wonderful. He came and designed a beautiful landscape. He also helped us with water runoff concerns by adding a lovely rock path to direct the water. He also added accent lighting. Everything turned out so lovely and we have gotten many compliments on our yard. I would not hesitate to use his company again.

Just completed another project with Charlotte Landscape and Patio! This is our 3rd project with Robert's company and each project was completed on time with excellent workmanship. Our backyard is simply beautiful. Last summer he completely renovated our front yard and the plant selection and placement still look great a year later.
