I’m very disappointed with B&F Design Showroom. I provided precise measurements for them to quote me the amount tile I needed. They sold me too much tile based on my measurements and then refused to accept my return of an un-used box of tile. I will not recommend B&F Ceramics Designs to any of my friends and family.

I highly recommend B&F Ceramics in Fredericksburg VA. I worked with Amanda Bates on two bathroom projects in our home. She is very knowledgeable and creative, and helped and advised on beautiful tile choices at an affordable price. The second bathroom is not completed yet but I am sure it will be just as beautiful (if not more) than the first!

Recently renovated my house, including the bathrooms. B & F provided excellent customer service and consultation throughout the entire process. Their product knowledge and showroom samples surpassed the competition, but most importantly to me, they listened to what I wanted and were able to present me with fantastic, budget-mindful options. I have every intention to work with them again to find the perfect tile for my kitchen backsplash.

One call or email to Gretchen is all that's needed to have the almost endless options narrowed down to a manageable few. This saves valuable time for me and my clients, and always...ALWAYS...Gretchen's choices are perfect. She can quickly figure a take-off, including grout, adhesives and sealers as required, providing a total price within minutes. The selection at B & F has never failed to produce exactly what I need, and neither has Gretchen. First class products and service!

As interior designer and kitchen and bath designer I have enjoyed working with B & F Ceramics off and on for 7 years of the last 12 years. The off time was when they temporarily moved back to Fredricksburg, VA. I appreciate their prompt, efficient, professional service. Their range of products in style and price points is much appreciated. My clients love their showroom because they can see so many attractive examples of installations. If I urgently need a sample to share with a client on short notice B & F Ceramics will try very hard to help me out. Also B & F Ceramics will make bull nose pieces - if possible. And, B & F Ceramics have been very accommodating in other ways. They have allowed me to use their conference room to work with a client in after the tile selections are completed. They are my "go to" tile supplier.

Gretchen Keen at B&F helped me design the shower and floor for a new master bathroom. Her eye for color and pattern was extremely helpful, as I had a very specific look in mind and wasn't quite sure how to achieve it. I was also trying to coordinate with cabinetry and countertops purchased elsewhere. She knows her products very well which aided me in choosing the right products for the job. Even though she is extremely busy, she always made time for me when I dropped by or called with questions or needed to see more samples. The final result is gorgeous and is exactly what I had in mind when I started the design process. Could not be happier!

Commented: Are wood floors in the kitchen a good idea?You could always have the best of BOTH worlds. We have a 6X24 plank style tile that looks & feels EXACTLY like real wood! Comes in four different shades and is a frost proof porcelain glaze!
