We hired Artisan Home Resort to revamp our already existed Pool and Spa but the revamp was major since we has some structural cracks in our pool that used to cause water leakage. Rick and team tripped down the pool to the concrete and fixed all the cracks and secured the pool structure by recommending more poles around the pool. We added proper lighting and water features into our pool & spa. Rick provided us beautiful options for pool tiles and plasters with pros and cons and price differences. He got us new pool equipments and worked very closely with our solar heater firm that we had hired as our pool heater provided. After the job is done, Rick and his right hand man, Carlos, walked us through the operation and they referred a great guy, Daniel to take care of our pool for a month. They have been responsive through text and phone calls and emails for anything we needed as well as addressing a couple of issues after the project was done. I highly recommend Artisan pool and Spa.

We hired Rick Pendleton's firm to build a pool and spa with some surrounding water features for our contemporary style home. Rick not only does elegant top notch designs, but delivers great finish and provides fantastic followup and support. He has a great crew working with him including suppliers who back him up on any warranty issues. He goes out of his way to please!

It has been a pleasure working with Rick Pendleton of Artisan Home Resorts for the past eight years. He has challenged our engineering abilities and continues to maximize our talents with requirement for his unique water features. I can remember the first project Rick brought to us. The idea was to put a curved spray bar hidden inside a curved Roman arch to create a curtain of water. This was not an easy task yet he pulled the different trades together and got it accomplished. It made us proud to be part of such a successful endeavor. Even currently, we just finished creating a series of raining weirs, his input was invaluable for producing the final effect. Rick not only develops ideas for the use of water in new ways but he also has the foresight and imagination to facilitate the manufacturing of these custom systems. Artisan Home Resorts worked with me to design and install a completely new and beautiful back yard living area. We discussed what I wanted and they listened. My goal was a European environment that would bring you back in time. Mission accomplished. When the job was almost complete my husband decided he wanted a Pizza Oven as well. Rick made that happen with little disruption in our project and the timeline for completion. There are contractors and then there are contractors who are also designers. Artisan Home Resorts are both. They put passion in your vision and your final result is much more than you hoped for.

Rick is a great guy. He is just a good person with a great sense of design and ability to think outside the box. For him, every project is special. He works to bring new and unique design ideas to your project. As a home resort expert, he collaborated with the other designers on our home building project to create a beautiful outdoor room, pool patio, and west garden retreat. He brought in talented professionals matched specifically to the building requirements for his designs. The unique features in our design included stone furniture, indoor-outdoor kitchen, custom-built firepits, elevated spa design for the pool, indoor and outdoor fountain waterwalls, custom-made wrought iron railings and decorative panelling, and beautifully landscaped hillsides with meandering walkways and steps. Additionally, I can't say enough good things about his on-site project manager. He manages all of these talented professionals and makes sure they are following through with their part of the project.

Rick Pendleton is a landscape and aquatic artist of genuine creativity and sensitivity. His company brings with it a cadre of truly accomplished designers and craftsmen. He's also a true gentleman.
