Article is the easiest way to create a beautiful modern space.. Since launching our website in 2013, it has been our mission to make the furniture-buying experience more delightful. Today, we're proud to have delivered over 1,000,000 orders to customers all across the U.S. and Canada.
Founded by four friends in 2011, we've dedicated the better part of a decade to improving the way people shop for furniture. They charge 50$ for delivery and another 50$ for return. Would not recommend this company, plenty of other companies with same or better products INCLUDING better return/exchange/delivery policy. They don't have a store front so no options but to hope you'll love their product(s) or else it will cost you 100$ for doing business with them. 100% disappointing!

I live in Vancouver so my initial interest was based off of this being a local company. I ignored friends who had issues; problems I chalked up to them being too rough or abusive to their furniture. Boy was I wrong, the quality on the ivory birch Sven is embarrassing. I haven’t talked to anyone with a couch that needs to be regularly groomed to de pill, the back cushions sag and deflate (which can be remedied by stuffing full king size pillows in them) and the seat cushions poor quality foam loses density fast and sags. The “tufts” in the seat cushions flatten and lose form, ultimately you’re left with an ugly super uncomfortable couch. This is a common problem, read the real reviews out there not the ones by influencers in over staged photo shoots that are ever so popular on social media.

Since the filling in our Sven Sofa consists of both polyester fiber and down, it’s expected to shift with use, but this can be remedied. We recommend fluffing your cushions on a regular basis to maintain the shape. As for the pilling, it’s normal for fibers to pill within the first 6 to 8 months with regular use. This pilling typically subsides after this time. We suggest using a fabric shaver to remove any pilling in the meantime.

They LITERALLY LEFT THE COUCH RIGHT OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT DOOR. They buzzed up to deliver my couch - I'm thinking GREAT the couch that's been delayed multiple times is finally here!
30 minutes go by and I'm thinking that's a really long elevator ride. So i decide to see i can go downstairs to check upon them. Sure enough, they left a MASSIVE box in front of my door that not even capable of fitting into my apartment. How the heck do you expect a single person to get this into their door? what kind of customer service is this? My suggestion to any person purchasing from article is to stay FAR AWAY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They do not have any from of customer service. GO with a box store who will actually come to your place and deliver into your unit. Who the hell leaves a $2400 couch in the middle of a hallway of an apartment building in downtown Vancouver and doesn’t even knock to let me know. This is insanity. Covid is not an excuse
I'm lucky i managed to knock on people's apartments DURING COVID and put peoples lives in danger offered them 100 dollars to help bring the couch into my apartment. THANK ARTICLE for putting everyone on my floor in danger when this could have been done so much better.
DO NOT BUY FROM ARTICLE YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED.

We have owned this sofa since January 2018 and this photo was taken in March 2019. Some parts are still light, other spots have deep patina, leaving us with a splotchy, unattractive couch. Not to mention how sad and tired this nearly 2k sofa looks and feels: the seats are completely loose even after trying to fluff them up. The cushioning has already worn completely down. I am 135lbs and my husband is 190. I took the plunge to have what I thought would be an “adult” sofa with an adult price tag, only to realize I could have had the same experience at IKEA for at least a thousand less dollars. Don’t do it.

We are extremely happy with our Article Ceni sofa in Pyrite Gray. We were a bit hesitant to buy a sofa online, without seeing it in person. The return policy seemed very reasonable so we gave it a try. No need to worry about returns! The sofa is well constructed, the fabric is high quality, and the design is firm and comfortable. Article also did a great job of keeping us informed about progress on our order and the delivery team was very responsive. We'll definitely be shopping Article again!

I purchased the Bios sideboard as a storage piece for my new home office. And...I wanted to test the waters so that I could recommend Article to clients in good conscience. The piece arrived when Article said it would and it was packaged really well. The sideboard is solid, sturdy and gorgeous. Oh, btw, I'm a knob snob, and Article met my high hardware standards with stellar knobs that complement the furniture. I will definitely recommend Article to my interior decorating clients. I may end up with another piece, or three, for myself.
Five stars all the way.

I am beyond impressed with article!
We ordered the Emil couch in pink and it is even better in person than online.
From the beginning to the end, the process with article was excellent.
1-Spoke with customer service to order swatches and ask questions
2-Received swatches within days
3-Spoke again to customer service for advice and opinions about the different couch options. Very helpful
4-Ordered couch and it arrived 7 days later!
5-Delivery process was smooth, efficient, friendly and so affordable. $49! And we received the couch in the middle of a snowstorm, no problem.
6-It took 20 minutes to unwrap the couch and add the legs.
7-And voila, we now have a gorgeous, comfortable and happy-making new couch that everyone in our family loves.
Thank you article!! I have ordered from you in the past for my clients and this is the first time I've ordered for myself. So glad to have had the first-hand experience to be able to recommend over and over again.

We absolutely love Article. In the past year we have purchased the Sven Sofa in Charme Tan Leather, the Luxu Sofa in Cedar Green, the Madera Oak Dining Table and the Crane Brass Floor Lamp. The sofas are both VERY comfortable in different ways and they are a pleasure to sit on. The material on the Luxu is a super soft, high quality velvet that amazingly enough, actually repels lint! The leather on the Sven sofa is continuing to patina as time goes on which means I’m not stressed about the kids getting marks on the finish because it’s “supposed to look that way”, if that makes sense. The Madera table is a very heavily grained, gorgeous table that seats up to 12 people and we are obsessed with it! I know we will have it for years and years to come! We have had several friends and family members purchase from Article after our recommendation and I know that they are really pleased with their items as well. Lastly, customer service has been accommodating and prompt to respond so it feels like we're always in good hands with them!

I recently ordered a couch from Article, and I was a little bit nervous at first - to buy something without sitting on it first... but thankfully I am delighted!!
The design and the colour are why I decided to go for it, but I am happy to say it is comfortable and the fabric is soft. It was delivered quickly and was easy to set up!!
I would 100% order from Article again!

The Timbre sofa from Article is the perfect firmness and a great addition to our new home. The quality is impeccable and assembly is super quick, just screw in the legs and you are all set. Highly recommend and really happy with this purchase :)

I am extremely satisfied with the sofas and rug. The design is very nice, the details, quality of fabric and padding : it's great value for money, competing with high-end design furniture. It took me sometime waiting, one of the sofa was broken I had to send it back, but customer service is awesome, very reactive and helpful. I definitely recommend buying with Article.
