UPSTAIRS UPGRADE. Downsizing the former garage gave the house more space above. A roomy, reconfigured master bedroom suite now accommodates a sizeable walk-in closet. New spray-foam insulation throughout the house keeps temperatures (and costs) steady and ambience quiet.
