West Bloomfield Lakefront / Union Lake Renovation

With the need to address the environmental setback as well as the permeability of the entire site, Xtier Inc. developed a series of terraced patios. Natural limestone and limestone steps provided the needed long-term engineering for the site. Michigan native plantings were used as part of our design solution to achieve board approval from West Bloomfield Township.
