Warmlands Ave Project

This 4,000 sq ft 6 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathroom residential home was completed as a full-scale interior design project with the intention of being rented out as an Airbnb. Throughout the home vintage pieces were sourced to seamlessly blend transitional style with mid-century modern furniture. Lighter colors were used in order to balance out the natural terra cotta elements creating a harmonious balance. Our dedicated team made sure that this project was completed under the homeowner’s timeline of one month and is now a successful short-term rental.
