Vinyl Interior Plantation Shutters!

3 1/2" large louvers, divider rails, inside z framing, and made of vinyl for high moisture areas. Must use dividers with Vinyl shutters which closed the view a bit so we prefer not to use Vinyl outside of high moisture areas.
