Part of our brief was to design a coy pond and this location so close to the Gulf was a challenge. We did a lot of research and found out that if you make the pond deep enough the birds will be dissuaded from making this a dinner spot. Having such a large overhang also helped. The client wanted viewing windows, all making for a most unique experience.
