This mid-century development was ugly with low-cost materials. The developer bought to sell on. Mark's design was to gut them, enlarge, add another floor, and enclose the outside space to create an outside covered entertaining space, with a modern design inside and out, high-quality materials, to create a family home with open plan split level living.
