The Isosceles Modern Sculptural Firebowl

The Isosceles Modern is a visual haiku, a simple shape resonant as the notes of a triad forming the roots of a musical chord. Pure minimalism, this smooth shallow contour connects elements of nature, art and geometry, paring them down to only the most essential expression in form. Though smaller than most of my firebowls, the Isosceles Modern holds a good-sized fire. Like a flame held in the palm of the hand, the shallower draught of this bowl puts the focus on the fire, and the triangular points of the bowl are a perfect complement to the shapes of the flames.
