Sweetbriar Project

In this renovation, an additional washroom was added in the basement. A dividing wall was built in the utility room, and a 3 piece washroom was installed, which included a 60"x30" acrylic bathtub, a 30" bellrose white vanity with a matching vanity mirror and storage cabinet. We also installed a towel warmer. The floors and shower surround were both tiled with 12"x24" porcelain tile, in Classic HD Pulpis Gray tile. In the shower we installed a chrome slide bar shower kit and two corner glass shelves. The walls were painted with Aura Bath and Spas OC-31 Fog Mist.
