A fresh approach was achieved when Coy Yiontis Architects were engaged to design two modern contemporary townhouses in leafy Surrey Hills. CYA worked in complete harmony with the clients brief to provide an easy living floor plan for each townhouse with a 3 car basement garage and lift to each level. A large north facing rear living zone leads onto an alfresco area to create the perfect entertaining area. A close relationship was formed between architect, client and development manager (Brian Lee) to provide a wonderful modern lifestyle for the downsizing clients.
