Residential meadow - Chatham MA

View of the front of the residence from meadow. The meadow replaces an area that had been entirely swallowed by invasive porcelain berry. The property owner's goals were to create a low maintenance landscape (this meadow is mown once a year) while providing wildlife habitat for the many animal species that call her coastal property home. Last summer we discovered quail nesting in the meadow. Photo by Theresa Sprague
