Renovated Farm Building

This project entailed renovating an existing dilapidated and unusable farm outbuilding into a guest space. The finished space incorporated a one room bedroom living area, separate kitchen and separate bathroom. New porches were placed on the exterior; all plumbing, electrical and mechanical were renovated. The floors were created from the original wall lathe; polyurethaned with a satin finish and laid in situ.
