RedHill Townhouse Refurbishment

New curtains were custom made and hung on new pewter finish rods and rings. Again tying all back to a elegant classic look over the New sliding French style timber doors, (painted white). The curtains soften the space and provide protection from the western sun and are used as a total blackout at night for sleeping guests. The new French doors pour light in the space and give the once dated townhouse a more classic feel. We added a custom sisal rug to the floor over a existing grey wool carpet to give the room warmth and to visually divide the area between the living and adjacent open dining room and hallway. Space was at a premium in both rooms and the custom designed sofa and single sofa-bed was made to accomodate guests when needed without looking bulky or taking up valuable space during the day. White timber Louvre shutters and potted greenery we're added to the room by the client to tie back with the custom scatter cushions. photos Hannah Puechmarin
