An outdoor living space designed and built by XMT Construction Ltd. this large space makes great use of the yard to have a low maintenance area to relax and entertain. This deck features Trex Transcend composite decking with LED deck lighting, topless glass railings, a paving stone patio that is sealed for years of low maintenance enjoyment. The garden spaces require low upkeep and the fire table is fueled with natural gas that was plumbed during the beginning stages of the project.
