This Estate bungalow was expanded from 3600 SF to 5000SF. The Great Room in the photo was formerly an 8'-0" high ceiling; this entire roof was removed and the new ceiling height is 18'-0". The feature visible in the photo is a 200 gallon Aquarium with reclaimed quartz rock from the existing home, and Cherry cabinetry and bulkhead.
