Minor Addition Remodel Magic

The owners of this 1940’s home actually had to go out the front door and outside around the front into the attached garage to get to the laundry area. Careful attention to the existing floor plan yielded a straightforward solution to create in-home access to a newly enclosed and finished Laundry Room.
