MIAMI - MID CENTURY HOME

A very small space was designed to maximize every square inch for function and storage. The wall between the kitchen and living room was removed and the countertop was extended to create space for two counter stools. A second bar sink was easy to add since there was plumbing already existing for the washer located in the adjoining garage. Cabinets: Omega Cabinetry, Door style: Vail, Maple wood with Mandarin stain finish. The darker molding and reveals in Truffle finish were added to increase the height of the countertops to 37.5" for the tall client.
