Main Floor Update - Living Room After

The living room is open to the foyer and dining room. To improve the visual flow of the space, the carpet was removed and hardwood flooring was added. The room is north facing, so recessed LED ceiling lights were added. The homeowners are empty nesters, so a new seating lineup with a pretty custom chest and a bar was added (not in picture). This is a pretty and functional space for entertaining. Also, the homeowners work from home full time so this space serves as a nice spot for an afternoon coffee break. The custom window panels and white serena shades are form and function.
