Lower River

Requiring ease of circulation for a wheelchair and efficient office space, resulted in a design for a 3rd bedroom that has a direct connecting to the main living space via two large sliding doors. Opening up the corner of the room allows this space to be an extension to the living space for the owner for the majority of the time.
