A subtle nod to Mies' grid is evident in the aluminum strips between terrazzo floor tiles and the surface mount strip lighting; only to be interrupted by a strong diagonal created by sliding panels that partition off a small TV area from the main living space. The Owners' own art is on rotating display beyond the dining table.
