Lexington Renovation/Addition

This renovation expanded the first level to accommodate a mudroom with adjacent pantry, laundry and storage. New shingle siding w/ribbon coursing mimics the decorative concrete block coursing on the original house. The palette of grays, offset with white trim, pulls everything together.
