The large patio is broken up by sections of planting. This helps the area to feel more harsh and softens it. The paths lead to the main patio area, across to a water feature and then through an arch to the side of the house. A chance of materials from paving to brick paths helps to add interest to the area. The bricks are also used around the paving which helps tie the two together.
