This photo shows radial balance; it has a central point( the flowers/table) and everything radiates out from that central point.

Radial Balance is almost circular with times arranged around a center Alonzo point extending either inward or outward. For example in this room the table is the center and the couches are around it in a circular motion.
Symmetrical Balance: the exact chairs across from each-other, and revolving around the table, is an example of symmetrical balance, which creates a sense of dignity.
