James Hardie Color Plus Iron Gray Seal Beach

This beautiful Seal Beach home was originally stucco and added James Hardie Color Plus lap and Staggered Edge Shingle to create a contemporary traditional look. We used Iron Gray Color Plus siding with Arctic White Trims. Custom trims were made for round and half-round windows using large James Hardie Sheets.
