Industrial-Style IKEA Kitchen Is Customer’s Dream Come True

The IKEA kitchen establishes a modern look without sacrificing a sense of warmth. “Our vision was to combine some shades of gray with black and white, diluting the palette with warm gold/brass and silver/nickel,” Sergei explains. The result is a cool combination of high-gloss white IKEA RINGHULT doors with IKEA brass ENERYDA handles for the upper cabinetry (which run from the stainless steel refrigerator along the perimeter of the ‘grotto’ past the range and to the adjacent sink area) along with the stainless steel IKEA GREVSTA drawer fronts and toe kick; as well as IKEA’s UTRUSTA drawer fronts, for the base cabinetry. This is enhanced by dark wood flooring, as well as the white IKEA HAVSEN sink with an IKEA NYVATTNET kitchen faucet in polished brass and the white quartz countertops. Sergei continues: “Some accents in the kitchen, such as the kitchen faucet and handles, are in a brass color to match the old clock face placed on one of the walls. Yes, it’s a real clock face dated back to 1929, which was removed from one of the ancient buildings in New York. These elements were used to enhance the high-end design factor and coordinate with the rest of our home.”
