Industrial New York style appartment

Top floor studio appartment which had a separate kitchen. THe brief was for a contemporary /industrial loft style appartment on a budget. We created an open style living / sleeping space with a clever continuation of the kitchen units to then incorporate the utility, boiler and wardrobes. Crittal style room divider enhanced by brick walls, concrete effect kitchen units, smoked mirror splash back and linen finish blinds. Sprinkler system added to allow for open living space ..
