Hoboken Backyard

We fully gut renovated the owners ground floor 2 bed, 2 bath unit in Hoboken, NJ. One of the many benefits to owning the ground floor unit in this brownstone were deeded rights to the backyard. When we finished the interior we moved to the yard which was not graded correctly and had been a dumping ground for debris for at least 25 years. We graded the yard and installed proper drainage. After removing two truckloads of debris and soil we installed a stacked bluestone retaining wall for raised bush beds, a cedar hand made fence, recycled brick edging, pea gravel eating area, sod, and about 125 bushes, trees, and flowers.
