Historic house in Centerport

Prior to the pool project, the outdoor spaces were little more than a small flat lawn area, and a terraced lawn rolling down to the harbor. After very careful planning, space for a pool was found to be possible on the edge of the terraced hill, affording maximum views of Northport Harbor, while actually increasing the flat lawn suitable for outdoor recreation.
