Haywards Heath Renovation and Extension

Fenice Design + Build were contracted by Rhodri and Hilary to create additional living space at their home in Sussex. Architect Jo Saddy from EcoTecture created designs for a single storey rear extension along with an additional room in the roof, which would give Rhodri and Hilary a beautiful kitchen/dining space and bathroom on the top floor. We also worked closely with Hilary throughout the project to ensure design detail was carefully considered as we had a lot of good ideas when it came to the fine finishes. The project includes: Single storey extension Additional room in the roof via a new dormer Under floor heating A beautiful new kitchen by Hamilton Stone Complete new bathroom and complete refurbishment to existing first floor bathroom New aluminium bi-fold doors by Benchmark Windows Plastering and decoration throughout the extension and existing property
