Complete with new bentgrass lawn, cut to golf turf height with reel mowers we provided. Golf sprinkler heads spray 60 feet, keeping all pipes and wires to the outer peripheral areas. Allows for difficult subsoils to be deep aerified up to one foot deep, to improve drainage and root penetration. Contract includes designing for ongoing maintenance planning. Simple yet elegant, extensive 26k+ sq. ft. lawns.
