Golden, CO 2014 Staging Consultation

Using what they already owned and my report as a guideline they transformed their basement family room from drab to fab (bet you never heard that before). I requested a nice neutral on the wall, but that was a no go (everybody hates painting, I tell them). Instead they lightened up the wall a wee bit with some light colored art work above the TV. I have to get creative with my suggestions when painting not and option, and remember using what they have!
