Georgetown Modern

This townhome linear garden space was completely renovated after the rear of the home was excavated out allowing for the addition of French doors to allow flow from the rear of the home to the garden. The lower level closest to the kitchen was designated as the dining space. Broad masonry stairs were necessary to access the upper garden path, lounge area and garage. A water wall is the primary garden focal point, it also serves to keep the garbage bin storage area out of sight. The landscape lighting creates lovely low levels of light for night time use and the views of the garden from the rear of the home.
