Raised Panel and Fixed Louver shutter combination. These black plum shutters add a great touch of color to the grey brick with white accents. And using both panel and louver shutters on the house shows an eye to history, when panel shutters were used downstairs for protection from the elements, and upstairs louvers were used to let in breezes in ventilation, and also to peek out.
