Eichler, copper hot up, Ipe Deck, Stained concrete, cedar fence.

This was so fun to build. The copper hot tub and all the electrical and plumbing is under the deck!!! We craned in the hot tub. The decking is Ipe, 1"x4" and the fence is cedar 2"x2" with a solid black stain. We let the Ipe go natural without any product. The concrete was poured with black pigment which I must say really put looks amazing.
