Eastside Green Duplex One

Eastside Green is a new construction green community designed and built by isARK Studio. It's located in Central East Austin, walking distance to UT and biking distance to downtown. The clients wanted a traditional style. We dubbed the style "Urban Ranch" and were able to salvage some massive trees from their ranch property in Belleville, TX to build shelves and benches.
