Innovation Construction did this full home renovation which included creating a volume ceiling with exposed beams. In taking the house to the studs, we built a large chef’s kitchen with kitchen island and quartz countertops, 5-burner gas range, dual sized kitchen sink, cabinetry with soft close drawer hardware, 34 bottle wine fridge and all new stainless steel appliances. Installed new luxury vinyl flooring throughout with double paned windows and sliders. Installed new carpet in bedrooms including Hunter ceiling fans. The master bath has an over sized shower, double vanity with marble countertops & an awning style window. Installed new roof, new fencing and new landscaping in front yard and back yard. Ran hookups for new stackable washer/dryer, new Lennox furnace, A/C & tankless water heater.
