CarSTACK Thinking outside of the box, I designed a vertical stacking double garage as both an economical budget and space solution. This box sits on the property line, is attached to a single family home, and is blessed by the Planning, Zoning, and Building Departments of Los Angeles. It took 2 years to process the Zoning Case, but we built it in just 3 months! Circa 2011
